Warranty Statement

GhostMobility is committed to providing high-quality electric wheelchairs and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty policy that covers various components of your electric wheelchair, as detailed below.

1. Battery and Joystick Warranty (6 Months)

  • The battery and joystick are covered for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Spare Parts Warranty (1 Year)

  • All other spare parts, excluding the battery and joystick, are covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must contact GhostMobility's customer service department and provide proof of purchase. GhostMobility will determine whether the issue falls under the warranty coverage. If it does, GhostMobility will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of parts such as tires, upholstery, and handles.
  • Consumable parts like fuses, bulbs, or other items that naturally degrade over time.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive materials.

Battery Defects Disclaimer

  • GhostMobility acknowledges that battery defects can include, but are not limited to, battery leakage, overheating, and battery explosions.
  • The user is advised that there are inherent risks associated with using battery-powered devices, including the risk of battery defects that may result in damage, injury, or other consequences.
  • By using the electric wheelchair, the user acknowledges and accepts these risks.
  • GhostMobility shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or other consequences resulting from battery defects, including battery explosions.
  • It is the user's responsibility to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided in the user manual to minimize these risks.
